- Premium Service Package:
This service package provides extended services and includes:
1. 20 hours a month guaranteed availability on-site service
2. 10 hours per month 8 am to 6 pm coverage
3. 5 hours per month 24 x 7 coverage
4. 2 Network Specialists assigned to your business with equipped pager and cell phone
5. Service Manager assigned to account and coordinates all responses
6. Complimentary disaster recovery storage of network documentation and back-up media off-site in TCC vaults (limited to 50 cubic feet)
$1500 per month
